Added support for Android 16's adaptive layout. On devices that support adaptive layout, the portrait-oriented laptimer/vehicle information monitor screen are available.
Added support for OBDLink bach command. For OBD2 communication using OBDLink devices that support bach commands, batch commands are used to request OBD2 PID.
